Lurion helps businesses organize and understand marketing, lead, sales, revenue, and reporting data. This privacy policy explains the practical ways Lurion may collect, use, and protect information while providing the product.

This is a starter policy for an early-stage product. It should be reviewed before a formal customer rollout.

Information we collect

Lurion may collect account information such as name, email address, company name, industry, website, workspace details, and other information users provide while setting up or using the product.

Lurion may also process product data that users upload or enter, including lead records, marketing spend, revenue, source names, stage names, import history, goals, and reporting data.

How we use information

Lurion uses information to provide dashboards, reports, imports, data health checks, source and stage mapping, billing support, customer support, and related product functionality.

Lurion may also use account and product usage information to maintain the product, troubleshoot issues, improve onboarding, and communicate with customers about their workspace.

Customer-uploaded data

Customer-uploaded data may include business data, lead data, customer contact details, service addresses, marketing spend, sold revenue, and performance reporting fields. Lurion uses that data to provide the product features the customer chooses to use.

Lurion does not sell customer-uploaded business data. Customers should only upload data needed for marketing performance reporting and should avoid highly sensitive personal data that is not needed for this purpose.

Authentication and account data

Lurion uses Supabase Auth for account authentication. Account data may include email address, authentication identifiers, session information, and workspace membership details.

Users are responsible for keeping account access secure and for inviting or sharing access only with people who should see the workspace data.

Payment links and billing

When payment links are enabled, payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. Lurion should not receive or store full payment card details through the product UI.

Billing communications may include pilot setup fees, monthly pilot subscriptions, payment links, invoices, receipts, or support messages related to activation.

Service providers

Lurion may use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, payment processing, deployment, email, support, and product operations.

These providers are used to operate Lurion and should only receive information needed for their role in providing the service.

Data security

Lurion uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account and customer-uploaded data. No internet service can promise perfect security, especially at an early stage.

Customers should use strong account practices and avoid uploading information that is not needed for the reporting workflow.

Data retention

Lurion keeps account and customer-uploaded data as needed to provide the service, support the workspace, comply with practical business obligations, and maintain product records.

Customers can contact Lurion to ask about data removal or account-related questions. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational, billing, or security reasons.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for the data they choose to upload, including whether they have the right to use that data in Lurion and whether it is accurate enough for reporting.

Customers should not upload unlawful, harmful, unnecessary, or highly sensitive personal information that is not needed for marketing performance reporting.
