Overview

Lurion helps businesses organize and understand marketing and sales performance data. These terms describe the basic rules for using Lurion during the early pilot stage.

These are starter terms and should be reviewed before a formal customer rollout.

Use of Lurion

Lurion provides tools for importing lead and marketing spend data, mapping sources and stages, reviewing data health, viewing dashboards, and generating monthly reports.

Users should use Lurion only for lawful business purposes and in a way that respects the rights and privacy of customers, employees, and other people whose information may appear in uploaded records.

Accounts and access

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their accounts and for making sure only appropriate people can view or manage a company workspace.

Lurion may limit, suspend, or remove access if the product is misused or if access creates a practical security, legal, or operational risk.

Customer data

Customers keep responsibility for the data they upload into Lurion, including lead records, customer contact details, service addresses, marketing spend, sold revenue, source names, stage names, and reporting fields.

Lurion uses customer data to provide the product features selected by the customer, including dashboards, imports, data health checks, reports, and insight cards.

Customer responsibility for data accuracy

Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of imported data. Lurion reports depend on the quality and completeness of the data uploaded or entered by the customer.

If source names, dates, statuses, revenue, spend, or contact details are missing or wrong, dashboards and reports may also be incomplete or wrong.

Payments and pilot fees

Pilot pricing may include a setup fee and a recurring monthly fee. Payment amounts, payment timing, and activation details may be confirmed directly with Lurion during the founding pilot stage.

Payment links may be handled by third-party payment providers when enabled. Lurion is not building a full billing portal in this starter version.

No guaranteed results

Lurion does not guarantee marketing results, revenue increases, lead volume, booking rate, close rate, ad performance, return on ad spend, or any specific business outcome.

The product is intended to make performance data easier to review. Business decisions remain the responsibility of the customer.

Acceptable use

Do not use Lurion to upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unnecessary sensitive data. Do not attempt to interfere with the product, bypass access controls, or access another company workspace without permission.

Customers should only upload data that is needed for marketing performance reporting and that they are allowed to process for that purpose.

Service availability

Lurion is an early-stage product. Features may change, improve, pause, or be unavailable from time to time during development, maintenance, or pilot support.

Lurion will try to communicate important product or access issues in a practical way, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability starter language

To the extent allowed by law, Lurion is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the product or reliance on reports generated from uploaded data.

This section is starter language and should be reviewed before formal customer rollout.

Changes to terms

Lurion may update these terms as the product, pilot program, pricing, or support model changes. Continued use of the product after updates means the updated terms apply.
